Three Kids & a Tummy Tuck

Not sure if this is just gross or it's good to post about.
My husband had training this weekend in 'Aesthetics' for SCENAR therapy.
Aparently in America they don't have Beauty therapists they have Aestheticians or something like that.
Anyway, he learned how to use his SCENAR machine for improving muscle tone, re-balancing and cleansing the body & to beautify! (Not sure how useful it will be in his physio practice but very useful for his wife - post 3 babies in 3 years)
So tonight, fresh from his course he said "Where do we start?" I said, "Tummy please!"
Here are the before & after pics. He did 45minutes work on me (easiest work out I've ever done - although it did hurt in places)
I lost 3cm around the hips, & 2cm around the tummy.
The biggest change was in firmness & lack of hang!
Will keep you posted. (Unless there is a massive outcry about "Too Much Flesh")
Impressive - how on earth does it do that?? Can you really achieve the same results as hours of good old fashion excercise within minutes without the energy drain? Is it like those machines that send electrical pulse through your muscles and make them contract? Is it permanent? Is it as good as real excercise? I'm having trouble rationalizing how it works - seems too good to be true - very interesting though- keep me posted!
Yes, it does make your muscles contract - that's the bit that hurts. Not the muscles contracting, but the machine had to be turned up so high for them to move at all, in my case, & the buzz was painful. I kept giggling.
Part of it is Lymphatic drainage. So I guess the results are partly excess fluid loss & partly muscles holding up the flabby bits better.
Was commenting easier?!
yes - leaving a comment was definately a whole lot easier!
Well done to your brother Sam.
I'll be wanting a go after Dec.... :)
Saturday?! :)
And yep - this is much better commenting wise.
Will have to learn it myself so I can treat friends & fam. Had another turn last night - ouch.
Hey Lauren,
When you've worked it all out can you do me too?
My sit ups just ain't really working :(
Love Jo. xxx
